How does the program work?

Step 1

Your doctor will need to call MedWatch (800.432.8421) to Pre-Cert the Image/Scan request.

Step 2

Shortly after Step 1 please expect a call from KIS Imaging (877.438.5479) to schedule an appointment by conducting a unique ‘three way’ call involving KIS Imaging, the imaging center and you the patient/member.

Step 3

During the same call, members can ask questions regarding their test or for further help in understanding how the medical plan covers the imaging procedure.

Members must schedule the procedure through KISImaging to receive discounts.
